The Celtics will no longer have their champion starting five. With Perkins done, the Celtics might have given up the biggest advantage they had over the star-studded Heat squadrant. Then you also have the Magic. Perkins has always defended Dwight Howard very well, better than anyone in the NBA. Who for the C's can stop him now? Bringing in Jeff Green is a great help on the perimeter for the Green, and going to be a fixture for the team in the post Big-3 Era, but i'm not sure how it helps them win this year. I hope Shaq can come back strong and give us solid minutes, defense, and rebounding down the stretch. If not, the C's may be in trouble come play-off time. With all that said, they still have the big four and a solid bench. I'm expecting a few more additions to the Celtics soon, as they currently do not have a full roster since trading Semih and Luke and getting no players in return. We'll see.
