Mike Bibby agreed to a buy-out with the Wizards which included his next years salary, thus putting him on waivers. Today, it is rumored that Bibby is taking his talents to South Beach to join the Miami Heat. This will give the Heat an actual point guard. Mario Chalmers is a solid young player, but Bibby will give them that experience in the playoffs. Bibby is also a solid three-point shooter, and you know he will get his open looks with the two slashers, Lebron and D-Wade, on either side of him. This move isn't going to improve the Heat TOO much, but he will provide experience at point guard, which is crucial in playoff situations. Rondo is still too quick and can get by any Heat point guard at will.
