According to sources, Troy Murphy is reportedly interested in joining both the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat. Murphy could help out both teams with his rebounding and low-post presence; even though he does a lot of his scoring from about 18 feet.
What a tough life for Murphy huh? The dude plays on a few shitty teams for three quarters of the season and then gets bought out, only to be sought after by the two top teams in the Eastern Conference. Why does such an ugly dude get a break like this? Oh well.
Oh by the way Murph, you'd look better in green.
Side note: G/F Corey Brewer was also bought out of his contract. The C's showed interest in him about a week ago, but then added Jeff Green. I wonder if Danny is still interested in him. My guess is he'll add someone via waivers. Hopefully Murphy, if not maybe Brewer? Ehhh..
